1. Service & Responsibilities

Our Service: We provide professional tools for generating compliant PDF and XML invoices for legitimate business operations.

Your Role: You are responsible for the accuracy of your tax data, legal compliance in your jurisdiction, and account security.

2. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain the integrity of our financial tools, the following are strictly forbidden:

Restricted Activities

Generating fake/anonymous invoices
Fraudulent or misleading activities
Attempting to bypass system limits
Exploiting platform vulnerabilities

Consequences: Violations may result in immediate account termination, loss of access to data, and reporting to relevant authorities if necessary.

3. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions

Premium features require an active subscription. Payments are billed based on your selected plan.

Refund Policy

Requests must be made within 3 days of purchase. Refunds are void if terms have been violated or the service was used for unauthorized invoicing.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vatira is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% accuracy, we are not liable for:

Financial losses or business interruptions.
Tax errors resulting from incorrect user input.
Misuse of generated documents by the user or third parties.

5. General Provisions

We reserve the right to modify these terms or discontinue features at our discretion. Continued use of Vatira after updates signifies your agreement to the new terms.
